Does being an agent or broker got you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, underappreciated, and like you're fighting everyone to prove your worth?

It doesn’t have to be that way…

Your dream of a successful real estate career isn’t dead.

How to get it has just changed from what it used to take,

because the value we provide is different now.

So we have to be, do, and communicate it different,

and the good news is that it’s doable.

If you’re struggling with keeping up with all the changes from tech, legal, advertising, and what the consumers are thinking…

You’re not alone, and I’m right there with you.

I have two pieces of good news:

The first is there’s nothing wrong with you and you’re not imagining things:

Change is happening faster than it ever has before.

The second bit of good news is that you already have the tools and skills to make it.

You just have to use them differently.

I get it.

All you can think about every day is: what else do I need to learn, what else can go wrong, and who else is coming for my career.

There is an important word in the words above: that word is career.

If you’re just looking to do real estate as a hobby, what I share won’t be of value to you. If you’re not wanting to put in the time, energy, and effort to make real estate your career, then you can close this page and go watch the latest trend on TikTok.

If you’re still here and still reading, congratulations, you’re one of the few that will make it in real estate.

We’ve all seen the statistics.

The latest one that had our world talking was the recent report from Inman that revealed the results from a Redfin survey:

71% of all agents didn't close one transaction in 2024.

Does that compute for you? Do you get what that means?

Let me share how most read that…

Most read it as:

“Wow, this business is hard, that’s a huge failure rate,

maybe that’s why I’m struggling?”

The other way to read that… the way I did and the people I spend time with and get in rooms with read it is:

Only 29% of all agents are actually out there successfully competing for business.

What that means is that all the competition you thought

was out there, isn’t!

I promise you that if you take the time to slow down, dive deeper, you’ll grow your business faster and bigger with less stress than you ever have before.

That means more leads, less objections, owning your time, and closing more deals.

We’re in a time of opportunity, but most won’t see it because they don’t understand where it’s showing up and are too paralyzed by their emotions to see it. But it’s there, and there is a path forward.

This ain’t me selling you sunshine and rainbows.

As a matter of fact, I’m not selling you anything.

What I'm offering you is completely FREE.

Before I go on, I’m sure you’re wondering why listen to me? Who the hell am I?

Well, I’m a licensed real estate broker, mortgage broker, and insurance broker.

Why does that matter to you?

  • Because it means that I’m not just in real estate and just giving you real estate advice.

  • I’m involved in all of it.

  • Every aspect that’s important to closing deals, I’m knee deep in it daily.

What else have I done?

  • I’ve been consulting with agents and brokers at all levels and have owned and run both independent shops of my own and franchise offices for the last 20 years.
That means that I didn’t just have one or two good years in a perfect market and decide that I had important things to share. I’ve learned everything the hard way in the real world by listing properties and closing buyers just like you.

  • I’m also still in the game.
I didn’t walk away from production, and I’m still running ads and talking face to face with consumers daily, convincing them to choose me.

  • I’ve taught short sale classes at a community college, I’ve trained agents on behalf of title companies, and I’ve done countless education classes at realtor associations.

  • I’ve been featured in the California Association of Realtors Magazine and have been a guest on multiple podcasts and have been a guest speaker for top-producing agent masterminds.

Even with saying all that, that’s not what’s important and should matter to you. What is important and should matter to you is that I’m constantly investing in myself.

Through coaches, classes, courses, and masterminds to level up and learn the latest and greatest. Not only of real estate but of marketing, tech, the economy, and the psychological understandings of how the brain works.

See, selling houses is just the end result of the things we do.

What we do goes way deeper than reading reports, filling out forms, and dealing with people's bad days.

What we do is manage one of the most complex transactions any person will go through in their entire life.

I know some of you, the most sceptical ones of you, are thinking,

“Real estate isn’t that complex,”

and others will say,

"Yes! He gets it.”

For those of you who say it’s not that complex:

it’s not if we’re talking just about the numbers...

What makes it complex is the human aspect and everything that goes along with human thinking, behavior, and tendencies.

For those of you who said yes, he gets it:

I do because, like I said before, I’m still doing it and don’t plan to stop doing it for at least another 20 years.

So, if you still got a legacy to build and goals to hit, keep reading.

Ok, what this isn’t, is lessons on psychology to teach you some magic words or mental hack to put people under your spell and get them to do what you want.

What this is, are weekly tips of things you should be paying attention to, things you should be learning, and one specific thing to do to grow your business and another to improve your processes.

WHAT DOES THAT LOOK LIKE?

Every Saturday, it's one email with detailed step by step tactics that will show you exactly what to do.

WHAT DO I MEAN?

One of the agents I was helping hadn’t touched her database for 12 months. No drips, no calls, and no kind of reach outs at all.

It’s not that she was lazy or didn’t care, life got in the way like it does with all of us sometimes, and she got hit with some personal issues that prevented her from focusing on her business, but was ready to get back to it.

She wondered if all those leads were dead. Was it just another pile of cash she had invested that wasn’t going to give her any kind of return?

Well, I wrote her one email that was plain text, clear-speaking, asking where everyone stood and acknowledging that she had dropped the ball with them.

What she got was a response that was better than even I expected. She picked up three new clients from that one email to that neglected database.

That’s the type of stuff I’ll be sharing.

So you can finally feel like you’re in control of your lead gen, like your systems are working as they should, and like you’re leveraging technology for your benefit... not like it’s leveraging you for your wallet.

There will always be two versions of the advice:

First, an organic strategy version that doesn’t cost you anything but effort to execute and get results.

Then, for those of you who want faster results and have the budget to invest in your business right now, a second version that shows you how to use paid ads and different types of paid traffic to help you get faster results and do so effectively without having to blow thousands on ads and paid strategies that used to work but don’t work in today's market.

It’s up to you what road you take; it’s your adventure to pick and your business to run however you see fit to do so.

Worst case scenario, you do nothing but just read the emails and get a glimpse of what others are doing and what’s happening. In the best case scenario, you take what I share and grow your business and efficiency in ways you never even thought were actually possible.

I get it; we all set goals and have dreams of the lives and businesses we want.

What comes with those goals and dreams, though, is self-doubt.

We all suffer from it and get crushed because of it.

This is one way to help fight that by taking the responsibility to know everything from just being on you and your shoulders and letting me help you carry that load for you.

You get to take advantage and benefit from all the money I spend to learn, the time I invest to figure out what’s working, and all the testing I’m doing daily.

So, who is this for?

  • For anyone serious about making more than just a living wage in real estate.

  • For those looking to build a legacy and a business that exists to build the life they want with the dream to provide for those they care about.

  • For those of you who are tired of working 12+ hour days, and feeling like no matter how many things you fix in your business, there’s always two more that are broken.

  • For those of you who are tired of being tired and just want to feel like you’re doing it right, and are dying for the day that worrying about where your next closing is coming from are a distant memory.

Who isn’t this for?

  • Anyone who excels at always finding a problem for every solution.

  • If you’re a Negative Nelly and have a victim mentality, I’m not going to be your cup of tea, so add me to that list of whose fault it is why you’re failing or struggling.

I’m not going to coddle you, but I’m also not going to tear you down.

I’m here to support you and help you, only if you’re wanting help and ready for it.

So, if you’re ready to build something that gets you off the income rollercoaster and tired of dealing with the income inconsistency that we’re told to get used to and is normal and to be expected as a self-employed business owner...

You’re in the right place, and the only thing you need to do is fill in your info here:

Look, every day we have a choice to stay stuck or change and adapt.

The NAR says our business has an 87% failure rate after five years on average.

If you’ve made it past the five-year mark, congrats for being part of that 13% that’s still in it.

But within that 13%, 71% didn’t close a deal last year.

  • So ask yourself: Is your business where you want it to be?

  • Do you know everything you need to know?

  • If the answer is yes, then great, don’t worry about signing up.

  • If your answer is no to either of those, then come on in; the water is warm, and the advice gets results.

You can cancel at any time.

I promise you’re not making a lifelong commitment here.

What do you get when you sign up?

  • Three welcome emails over three days to help you get a clearer picture of what this is all about, where we’re at as an industry, and where I think we’re going.

  • No sales pitch or anything else to sign up for.

  • After that, every Saturday, you’ll get the weekly email.

  • That’s it, and every email comes with an unsubscribe link, so you can cancel anytime.

Why, again, am I doing this?

Because I believe in what Zig Ziglar said…

”The fastest way to get what you want in life is to help as many people as you can get what they want in life.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to pay for anything?

No, you can do everything I share with what you got.

Q: Are you going to be selling my information and causing me to end up on all kinds of lists?

No, I’m not selling your info to anyone, and anything you communicate with me is confidential.

Q: Are you just looking to get me to sign up for things with your affiliate links?

No, anything I tell you about won’t be something I get an affiliate commission from. There is only one thing I am an affiliate for and that’s my CRM but I won’t be pushing that or selling it to you. You can keep the one you use now and still get results.

Q: Are you just looking to get my info to sell me your services?

No, I’m doing this to help agents who are struggling because every mentor I ever had told me that if I’m ever in the position to help someone else that I should, and promising I would was the only way they would mentor me.

Q: Why are you doing this?

Because I believe that real estate, as a career and as an investment class, is the greatest wealth equalizer everyone has access to.

Q: Is this just a way to build your list of agents to recruit to your brokerage?

No, I’m not recruiting and not looking to build any kind of down line.
